During our recent stay at this modern terraced property, we found it wonderfully situated just a 20-minute drive from Birmingham-ideal for exploring the area. We appreciated the clean, well-presented environment, which felt just like home. Though the property accommodates up to six guests, parking for only one vehicle could be a challenge, especially with renovations occurring at the adjacent property. Sophie, the owner, was responsive pre-arrival, but clarity around the self-service breakfast and house information could be improved. A simple info booklet would have been helpful; we had to call for Wi-Fi details. Despite these minor hiccups, my family enjoyed the lovely garden space, perfect for a sunny afternoon. We'd recommend this property, especially for families, as the welcoming ambiance and cozy layout made for a pleasant weekend getaway. We're looking forward to another visit!
